Manuel (Manny) Santana
Baseball Pitching
Baseball and Softball Hitting
Manny was the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach and former JV Head Coach at Indian Trail High School. He has also coached summer baseball as the head coach for Phenom Wisconsin 16u. Pitching and Hitting Instructor with Nike Phenom Baseball.
During his playing days, Manny played for Indian Trail High School. Led Indian Trail to their first conference title and received Southeastern Conference Player of the Year with an 11-0 Record and 0.78 ERA while also batting .330 he then went on to play at College of Lake County.
Manny trains in all aspects of the game: pitching, hitting, and fielding. Manny has also developed his own throwing program to strengthen one’s arm, gain velocity, and arm care to make sure they are throwing with care and the right way.

Donnie Moline
PGA Golf Instructor
With 19 years of experience as a full-time instructor, Donnie is a class A member of the PGA of America, and a certified Level 3 Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute. Donnie teaches a wide variety of golfers of all ages and abilities, specializing in preparing junior players for competitive golf.
Donnie has studied under some of the top Instructors in the country to develop a teaching style that is based around first understanding your goals, and educating you on the cause and effect of the laws and principles of the game to help you simplify the approach to drastic improvements. His philosophy goes beyond understanding what to do, but actually understand why you’re doing it.
Donnie uses a variety of drills, exercises, and technology to build you an on-going plan for your success. Video analysis and take-home reviews will also assist you in your practice between sessions. Ultimately, teaching you to hit the ball the way you want to, and understand the factors associated with good shots and bad shots.

Ken Krause
Softball
Pitching/ Hitting
Ken Krause, owner and lead instructor of Softball Success, has been coaching girls’ fastpitch softball for more than 20 years. He has coached teams from 10U to 18U with the Mundelein Thunder, Lake County Fastpitch, and IOMT Castaways.
He is currently a Four Star Master Coach with the National Fast pitch Coaches Association (NFCA), Elite Level certified pitching coach with High-Performance Pitching, and is certified by both the Amateur Softball Association (ASA) and American Sports Education Program (ASEP). Ken is a private instructor specializing in pitchers, hitters, and catchers.
Ken has built a national reputation as a long-time contributing columnist to Softball Magazine, where his Krause’s Korner features consistently were among the most-read articles in the magazine. He is also the Administrator of the Discuss Fastpitch Forum, the most popular fastpitch discussion forum on the Internet, and owns Life in the Fastpitch Lane, one of the most-read fastpitch softball blogs on the Internet.
