If you are a member and have to quarantine do to COVID-19 we will be able to extend your membership for 14 days.  The extension can only be done once per membership cycle.  You must notify the complex at the time you are in quarantine, not after the fact.  We do realize that quarantine time frames can vary by the situation.  We are trying to be sympathetic to the situations that our members may be going through while running a business that will sustain for the long term.

Everyone that enters the facility must sign an updated waiver.

We will take everyone’s temperature when entering the facility, if your temperature is 100 degrees or more (CDC Guideline) you will not be allowed in the facility.

Everyone must wash/sanitize hands upon entering and leaving the facility.

Per the Wisconsin mandate everyone entering the facility must wear a mask. If you don’t have a mask, one can be purchased for $1.00. (cash only)

Clients may check out 1 bucket of balls and 1 tee from the front desk. This is so we can sanitize the balls and tees after each use to insure cleanliness for the next client. We do realize that sanitizing the balls will cause them to deteriorate at a faster rate. We are ok with this as we want to insure everyone’s safety and we replace our balls every year anyways.

All equipment will be sanitized after each use, i.e. iron mikes, computers, touchscreens.  If we are extremely busy, please bear with us for a few minutes prior to your scheduled time so we can fully clean your tunnel/simulator.  

Pitching mounds cannot be moved from tunnel to tunnel.  If you need the big mound, make sure you reserve cage 3.  Small mounds will be in cages 4,5,&6.

If you are sick, stay home. If you have been instructed by the health department and or local officials(I.e. schools) to quarantine until a specific date, stay home. If you have a temperature, stay home. If someone in your house is sick, stay home. If you have allergies and can’t control sneezing, stay home. If you or someone in your house has tested positive for COVID-19 follow the CDC guidelines and STAY HOME!!

$20 per player per week, 3 installment payments of $80. First is required date of signing up, second due 10/15/20, third is due 12/3/20
First 8 players to sign up get choice of 5:00 or 7:00 tee time.
Handicap is established after playing 45 holes. Once established, we will apply handicap to the previous weeks. If a player already has an E6 handicap net scores will be tallied effective week one.
A different 9 will be played each week.
Tee boxes set at “blue” tees
Putting will be set up as a gimmie within 8 feet
Putting can be done from any spot within the simulator. If you are not on the green you must putt from a point even with the tee.
When in the sand you must use the #5 blue tee
Total net score for entire league will decide winner of the league
Any missed weeks must be made up no later than 7 days before the final day of league play, and can only be made up during the week, NO WEEKENDS. If missing weeks are not made up you forfeit and cannot win any prize money

1st(40%), 2nd(30%), 3rd(20%), and last place(10%) will be awarded prize money
