If your are looking to up your game and need a little help in doing so, we can help point you in the right direction. Listed below are instructors that work in our facility:

With 13 years of experience as a full-time instructor, Donnie is a class A member of the PGA of America, and a certified Level 3 Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute.  Donnie teaches a wide variety of golfers of all ages and abilities, specializing in preparing junior players for competitive golf.

Donnie has studied under some of the top Instructors in the country to develop a teaching style that is based around first understanding your goals, and educating you on the cause and effect of the laws and principles of the game to help you simplify the approach to drastic improvements.  His philosophy goes beyond understanding what to do, but actually understand why you’re doing it.

Donnie uses a variety of drills, exercises, and technology to build you an on-going plan for your success.  Video analysis and take-home reviews will also assist you in your practice between sessions.  Ultimately, teaching you to hit the ball the way you want to, and understand the factors associated with good shots and bad shots.

Baseball/Softball:

Chris Hoffman

Hitting(Baseball/Softball) and Pitching(Baseball) Instructor

Chris graduated from Lakes Community High School in 2012.  He played at CLC for 2 years. In 2014 Chris hit .439 and stole 41-42 bases.  He was named conference player of the year and 1st team All-American.  Traveled on scholarship to Missouri Southern State University.  In his first year at MSSU, Chris hit .426 with 16 2B’s, and 8HR’s while being named 3rd team All-American.  Chris was also a semi finalist for the Tino Martinez D2 player of year award.  Currently, Chris is the Head Baseball Coach at Lakes Community High School.

Matthew Richer

Catcher and Hitting(Baseball/Softball) Instructor

Matt has coached and instructed individuals off all ages and skill sets throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Matt has coached and instructed for many local and regional baseball and softball teams focusing on catching development and hitting instruction.

Matt is a 2010 graduate of Bradford High School where he helped the 2008 Red Devils win their first DI state championship in over two decades. Following high school, Matt went on to play baseball at the University of North Dakota. Matt eventually transferred from the University of North Dakota and continued his baseball career at Carthage College. At Carthage College Matt earned All CCIW honors his senior year. While in college Matt also played for the Wisconsin Woodchucks of the Northwoods League and the Dupage Hounds of the Midwest Collegiate Baseball League. While with the Hounds, Matt was awarded the league batting title and team MVP completing the summer batting over .375.

Today, Matt is a practicing attorney in Kenosha at Alia, DuMez & McTernan. Matt focuses his baseball/softball instruction on individual catchers and hitters, group practices, and consulting with coaches regarding catcher and player development.

Erika Bowers

Softball Pitching/Hitting

Erika grew up in Sherrard, Illinois, were she earned four Varsity letters. During these four years, her team won several regional and sectional championships and were the first in school history to make a final four appearance at state.  Erika was also named team captain and was selected for various local accolades.  
Throughout her teenage years, she was also part of highly competitive travel teams that won state and national level recognition. She continued her softball career at The University of Illinois, Springfield, as a utility player and also spent some time on the mound.  During her time playing collegiate ball, she was named an All American Scholar.

In Springfield, Illinois, Erika worked for The Hitting Center, where she helped coach and instruct all levels of softball players.  She continued her coaching career at Slammers Training Academy in Libertyville, IL prior to moving up to Wisconsin. Erika specializes in swing analysis and fielding fundamentals, but enjoys teaching all aspects of the game.
