With 13 years of experience as a full-time instructor, Donnie is a class A member of the PGA of America, and a certified Level 3 Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute. Donnie teaches a wide variety of golfers of all ages and abilities, specializing in preparing junior players for competitive golf.
Donnie has studied under some of the top Instructors in the country to develop a teaching style that is based around first understanding your goals, and educating you on the cause and effect of the laws and principles of the game to help you simplify the approach to drastic improvements. His philosophy goes beyond understanding what to do, but actually understand why you’re doing it.
Donnie uses a variety of drills, exercises, and technology to build you an on-going plan for your success. Video analysis and take-home reviews will also assist you in your practice between sessions. Ultimately, teaching you to hit the ball the way you want to, and understand the factors associated with good shots and bad shots.

Manuel (Manny) Santana
Baseball and Softball Hitting
Manny was the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach and former JV Head Coach at Indian Trail High School. He has also coached summer baseball as the head coach for Phenom Wisconsin 16u. Pitching and Hitting Instructor with Nike Phenom Baseball.
During his playing days, Manny played for Indian Trail High School.Led Indian Trail to their first conference title and received Southeastern Conference Player of the Year with an 11-0 Record and 0.78 ERA while also batting .330 he then went on to play at College of Lake County.
Manny trains in all aspects of the game: pitching, hitting, and fielding. Manny has also developed his own throwing program to strengthen one’s arm,to gain velocity,and arm care to make sure they are throwing with care and the right way.

Samie Friend, alumni of Antioch Community High School and University of Wisconsin Whitewater. 4 year varsity starter as an Antioch Sequoit. Earned multiple honors throughout career with 1st Team All State and Pioneer Press Player of the Year being her top. UW-Whitewater 4 year starting outfielder. Ending her career in 2014 with a batting average of .400, All Conference, All Region, and All Tournament Team Honors at NCAA Tournament. Her team finished 3rd place this year at the Division 3 NCAA Tournament.
Since her college career, Samie has been giving back to the game by coaching at the high school level and travel ball, also giving one on one hitting and fielding lessons for the last 6 years.
Played High school baseball at Tremper High School in Kenosha ending his career with a .369 batting average, 49 extra base hits, and 86 stolen bases. Continued his baseball career at the University Of Louisville where he posted a career .277 average in 173 games while adding 42 extra base hits, 32 stolen bases and posting a .949 fielding percentage.Lavey was apart of 2 trips to the College World Series during his time at Louisville. He saw most of his time at 2B and 3B while also playing a handful of games at SS. After college he signed to play professionally with the Seattle Mariners, where he has spend the last two season playing. He started his pro ball career in Low A playing for the modesto nuts and was promoted to High A after batting .262 in 49 games in the Cal League. Lavey finished off his first season with the High A Everett Aquasox and finished the year with 22 extra base hits while adding 10 stolen bases and playing 2B and 3B. Lavey spent his last season with the High A Everett Aquasox where he played 95 games and finished with 27 extra base hits, 24 stolen bases, and saw time at both 2B and 3B. Lavey has lots of experience playing the game at a high level and loves to give back to the youth here in Wisconsin by giving baseball lessons in his offseason. Some of my strong suit with teaching are hitting, fielding, and proper throwing mechanics.

Softball Pitching/ Hitting
Ken Krause, owner and lead instructor of Softball Success, has been coaching girls fastpitch softball for more than 20 years. He has coached teams from 10U to 18U with the Mundelein Thunder, Lake County Fastpitch and IOMT Castaways. He is currently a Three Star Master Coach with the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), Elite Level certified pitching coach with High Performance Pitching, and is certified by both the Amateur Softball Association (ASA) and American Sports Education Program (ASEP). Ken is a private instructor specializing in pitchers, hitters, and catchers. He has built a national reputation as a long-time contributing columnist to Softball Magazine, where his Krause’s Korner features consistently were among the most-read articles in the magazine. He is also the Administrator of the Discuss Fastpitch Forum, the most popular fastpitch discussion forum on the Internet, and owns Life in the Fastpitch Lane, one of the most-read fastpitch softball blogs on the Internet.

Maddy has been a part of the sport for 15 years. She has coached fastpitch pitching and hitting for 4 years.
She was a part of the Beach Park Thunder organization during her travel years. Maddy played softball at St. Joseph High School and then later on at College of Wooster where she earned three all conference awards (two first team) and All Conference Player of the Year Junior year as a pitcher/1st baseman. She was elected as a member of the all region team Junior year as well.
